As a
creative video specialist, you’ll develop high-quality, engaging video solutions that support our Claims organization. In this role, you’ll oversee the entire video production process, from pre- to post-production. Additionally, you’ll coordinate technical and scheduling logistics, manage productions, and complete video editing to create polished results.
This is a remote position, but you’ll be expected to come into a Cleveland office on a semi-regular basis for video production.Please submit a demo reel that demonstrates professional-level video production work from a variety of creative projects.Must-have qualifications-
High school diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of six years of experience in videography, editing and motion graphic design work as part of work done for an agency on a major brand account or account management experience with a client focus.

Preferred skills-
Proficiency in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, and knowledgeable in video formats, codecs, and compression techniques for platform-specific delivery.

Experience with professional cameras, audio equipment, stabilization tools, and advanced lighting setups.

Ability to incorporate modern creative trends and storytelling techniques into videos.

Experience creating 2D/3D motion graphics using tools such as After Effects or Blender.

Expert in storyboarding, production planning, and managing project timelines for efficient video production.
Compensation-
$75,000- $90,000/year

Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 24% of eligible earnings based on company performance
