Job Overview:
We’re looking for a Creative Visual Designer with a sharp eye for design and a passion for visual storytelling. This role is ideal for someone who can do more than just execute — someone who conceptualizes original campaigns, brings brands to life across platforms, and creates compelling short-form video and design content. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across digital, print, and product touchpoints.
- Design and edit short-form videos (reels, promos, product explainers) using Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Canva Animate.
- Create impactful marketing and campaign visuals — social posts, ads, landing pages, and product creatives.
- Ideate original campaign concepts, packaging mockups, and go-to-market visuals with the content and product teams.
- Contribute to creative brainstorming, mood boards, and launch strategies.
- Ensure all visuals meet high design standards with strong attention to layout, color, typography, and composition.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in graphic designs roles
- Proven design portfolio demonstrating work across branding, video editing, and marketing design.
- Experience in UI/UX design (Figma, Adobe XD)
Mastery in design tools:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Figma or Canva Pro
- Strong eye for design fundamentals: layout, color, typography, visual hierarchy.
- Excellent motion/video editing skills for digital and social platforms.
- Ability to take ownership and generate original ideas, not just execute tasks.
