Position Summary

We are hiring a Creative Visual Designer to support events, exhibitions, and immersive brand experiences. The role requires strong design fundamentals, advanced conceptual thinking, and the ability to translate brand messages into visually engaging physical environments.

This is an overseas recruitment opportunity for candidates based in Pakistan, with placement in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia under employer-sponsored visa arrangements. A relevant and well-curated portfolio is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visual concepts and design systems for exhibitions, events, booths, and live brand experiences
• Design spatial graphics, stage visuals, signage, event collateral, and promotional materials
• Translate creative briefs and campaign strategies into effective visual executions
• Support ideation and execution of experiential and on-site brand activations
• Develop creative presentations, visual mockups, and proposal materials
• Work closely with creative, marketing, events, and production teams
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all design outputs
• Prepare final artwork for print, fabrication, and on-site installation
• Manage multiple design deliverables under tight deadlines

Core Requirements

• Qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline
• Demonstrated experience in event design, exhibitions, or experiential marketing
• Portfolio demonstrating booth designs, live-event visuals, and experiential concepts (mandatory)
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; 3D visualization skills are a plus
• Strong visual communication, layout, and conceptual design skills
• Ability to perform effectively in a high-pressure, execution-driven environment
• Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory
• Professional working proficiency in English
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Experience

• Background with branding agencies, event companies, or activation-focused teams
• Understanding of exhibition production methods, materials, and installation processes
• Experience working within the Saudi or GCC market

Deployment & Visa Information

• Role is open to candidates currently based in Pakistan
• Successful candidates will be deployed to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
• Visa sponsorship will be provided by the employer
• Employment and relocation terms will be discussed with shortlisted applicants

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs225,000.00 - Rs448,000.00 per month
