GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS & JOB DESCRIPTION

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Stage Design, Industrial Design)

Minimum 3 years of experience in stage/space design, product/furniture design

Preferably experienced in retail
-
Good command of English
-
Strong 3D thinking skills; proficient in at least one 3D software (preferably Rhinoceros) and capable of producing renders

Technical drawing competency; proficient in at least one technical drawing software (preferably Rhinoceros / AutoCAD)
-
Experience in preparing production-oriented technical drawings, print files, etc.

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator

Adequate knowledge of MS Office programs; able to prepare effective presentations using PowerPoint

Preferably knowledgeable about materials (digital printing, wood, metal, etc.)

Able to conduct trend and competitor analysis; strong reporting skills

Preferably able to integrate artificial intelligence into business processes

Continuously developing creativity and design skills

Able to support R&D activities

Strong communication and adaptability skills

JOB DESCRIPTION

Designing window display concepts in line with the themes and timelines specified in the window display calendar during seasonal and special campaign periods; building prototype window displays, submitting them for approval, and preparing all necessary production files (digital prints, 3D technical drawings, etc.)

Contributing creative ideas by evaluating the consumer’s physical in-store shopping journey and experience to ensure window displays are aligned with the brand, eye-catching, and inspiring; closely following window display applications and retail activities, and researching new development opportunities

Preparing window installation guidelines to ensure stores implement approved window display concepts accurately; monitoring in-store window applications and providing feedback
