Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Creative Visualizer to join our dynamic creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming concepts and ideas into visually compelling designs that effectively communicate brand stories across brand activation's, events, advertising campaigns, exhibitions, and experiential marketing platforms.

As a Creative Visualizer, you will collaborate closely with creative directors, copywriters, strategists, and execution teams to develop visuals that are engaging, innovative, and aligned with client objectives.
Must be from creative agency, brand activation's, marketing services, and corporate event management companies.

Key Responsibilities

Concept Development & Visualization

· Translate creative briefs into strong visual concepts for brand activation's, events, exhibitions, roadshows, and advertising campaigns

· Develop mood boards, look & feel references, key visuals, and concept presentations

· Visualize ideas for client pitches and internal brainstorming sessions

Design & Creative Execution

· Design creatives for on-ground branding, event collateral, stage designs, backdrops, kiosks, booths, stalls, and experiential setups

· Create designs for print, outdoor, digital, social media, and POS materials

· Support 2D visualization and assist with basic 3D references/mock-ups (where required)

· Ensure final artworks are production-ready and aligned with technical specifications

Collaboration & Coordination

· Work closely with copywriters, account managers, and production teams to ensure creative accuracy

· Coordinate with vendors and production partners to ensure correct execution of designs

· Incorporate client feedback and revisions while maintaining creative quality

Brand & Quality Control

· Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while innovating creatively

· Ensure high-quality design standards across all outputs

· Stay updated with design trends, materials, and experiential formats

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus)

· Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layouts, and colour theory

· Knowledge of print production processes and artwork finalization

· Familiarity with event branding formats and large-scale outputs

Creative & Soft Skills

· Strong visualization and conceptual thinking abilities

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

· Attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset

· Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience in brand activation, advertising, event management, or experiential agencies

· Basic knowledge of 3D software (SketchUp, Blender, 3ds Max, or similar) is an added advantage

· Understanding of materials, fabrication, and on-ground execution

· Experience working on client pitches and new business presentations
