We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Creator Community Manager to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a crucial role in managing relationships with our diverse creator community and helping shape our brand’s presence across digital platforms like Discord, TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram. You’ll have the unique opportunity to meet and collaborate with creators, celebrities, and industry influencers while working alongside a talented team in an inspiring office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Creator Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with content creators, influencers, and celebrities across various platforms (Discord, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram).

- Community Engagement: Develop and execute strategies to engage, grow, and nurture the creator community, ensuring their needs are met and that they have a positive experience working with Voiccy

- Office Collaboration: Attend in-office team meetings to align on strategy and collaborate with other team members, including marketing, product, and creative departments, to create and execute community-focused initiatives.

- Event Coordination: Coordinate and facilitate in-person and virtual events, activations, and collaborations, including meetings with creators and celebrities.

- Content Strategy: Collaborate with creators to plan and execute content campaigns that align with brand goals and resonate with the community.

- Platform Expertise: Monitor community activity on platforms like Discord, TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram to stay ahead of trends, address challenges, and promote opportunities for engagement.

- Moderation & Support: Provide support for creators, resolve issues, and moderate community spaces to ensure a safe and positive environment.

- Reporting & Analytics: Track engagement metrics, provide regular updates, and assess the success of community initiatives through data-driven analysis.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in community management, influencer marketing, or digital content creation.

- Strong understanding and practical experience with Discord, TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with creators, influencers, and team members.

- Comfortable interacting with creators and celebrities both virtually and in person.

- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting, working alongside colleagues to execute community and content initiatives.

- Ability to work from the office for team meetings, with occasional flexibility for remote work as needed.

- Passion for content creation, and the creator economy is a huge plus.

Work Hours:

- Monday to Saturday (flexible)

- Occasional weekend availability for events or time-sensitive campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Tarzana, CA 91356
