PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Creator Marketing Specialist works closely with the Creator Marketing Manager to execute the strategic and operational aspects of Red Bull’s Creator Marketing Program in India. The role focuses on building and scaling relationships with creators across Red Bull’s core passion points — dance, sports & gaming, fitness & active lifestyle and comedy with emphasis on the entry point consumer.
As a key member of the Creator Marketing team, the Specialist will play a vital role in managing creator partnerships, driving best-in-class processes, aligning with internal stakeholders, and leading the execution of creator activations and projects. This includes end-to-end campaign management — from planning and coordination to reporting and optimization.
Fully integrated within the wider Red Bull ecosystem, the Specialist will collaborate closely with teams across Media Network, Brand, Sports, Culture, Field, and Product to deliver standout creator experiences and innovative social storytelling that embody the Red Bull spirit.

Strategic Direction
- Support the Creator Marketing Manager in building and implementing the strategic framework for Creator Marketing within the business and department.
- Drive cross-functional synergies to define annual and project-based strategies across key functions.
- Support goal setting and lead the management of key creator tools such as Creator IQ, Media Planet, PEMO and global platforms.
Relationship & Collaboration
- Identify and develop relationships with creators whose organic influence can add value across Red Bull’s key playgrounds, strengthening brand and product trust. Build and nurture partnerships with new and existing agencies within the creator marketing ecosystem.
- Represent Red Bull authentically, understanding creators’ interests, goals, and aspirations to build genuine, long-term connections.
- Lead onboarding of new agencies and partners, ensuring alignment with Red Bull’s standards and ways of working.
Project Management
- Key point of contact across Sports, Culture, Brand, On-Premise, and Field Marketing teams to amplify existing initiatives through creator collaborations.
- Take ownership of select creator-led projects and marketing initiatives throughout the year.
- Curate impactful creator experiences that deliver both cultural relevance and measurable social outcomes.
- Maintain an accurate creator database and ensure compliance with local laws and ASCI’s Guidelines for Influencer Advertising in Digital Media.
Business Planning, Budgeting and ROI
- Lead onboarding and internal training around Creator Marketing, serving as a subject matter expert across the organization.
- Continuously evolve ROI measurement frameworks, sharing learnings and insights across teams.
- Present performance reports and learnings to stakeholders, highlighting impact on product trust and return on investment.
- Support alignment of budgets and Key Creator Marketing projects under Red Bull Media Network.
Best Practices & Knowledge Sharing
- Collaborate with global counterparts to exchange insights, share best practices, and contextualize the Indian creator landscape within the Red Bull network.
- Create and present Red Bull’s internal best practices in creator marketing to educate and inspire internal and external partners.

- Education, Qualifications, Experience
- Recognized Graduation Course in Marketing / Brand Management/ Communications
- 5 years’ work experience preferably in the creator marketing function.
- Knowledge and Skills
- Passionate, Enthusiastic, strong communication and interpersonal skills, must believe and live the brand.
- Self-starter, fast-paced, ability to multitask, plan ahead
- Analytical-minded and creative with Knowledge of the universe of creator marketing, activations and artistic operations.
- Affinity with the creativity market, social networks, trends, viral content and production of photo/video content
- Interested in upcoming digital trends and keeps up with fast changing consumer behavior (especially among younger audiences)
- Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
- Budget Management: Manage event budgets effectively, ensuring all expenditures are within budgetary constraints and providing accurate financial reporting on event expenses and revenue.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors and motivating the team to achieve business objectives.
