We are looking for a Credentialing & HR Assistant to assist and facilitate all aspects of human resources and credentialing functions.
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK FULL-TIME AND IN PERSON.

- 1+ years of experience credentialing for behavioral health across multiple states.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple credentialing workflows simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Experience building or improving credentialing tracking systems or operational workflows.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across teams.
- Comfort working independently in a fast-moving and evolving environment.
- An openness to and ability to respond to constructive feedback.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with a variety of human resources and credentialing processes and procedures including, but not limited to:
- Support HR & Credentialing Director and Manager with day-to-day operations of HR and Credentialing functions
- Facilitate HR/Credentialing departments
- FacilitProcess personnel activities related to staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations and documentation.
- Response to employees' queries and requests pertaining to human resources issues, rules, and regulations; refer matters to the HR manager when appropriate
- Process on-boarding documentation for newly hired employees and educate newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations
- Maintain physical and digital files for employee documents, benefits and credentialing record
- Backup for credentialing
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on credentialing and provider enrollment experience.
- Ability to display a professional, positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills and communication skills required and must be able to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines.
- Highly detail-oriented, self-motivated, efficient, and strong organizational skills
Education/Experience:- Associates degree or 1 years related experience Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Great attention to detail and exceptional follow-through skills. Must also be a team player, hard-working and have excellent communication skills.
- Experience in a healthcare setting, including provider enrollment and provider network management experience desirable.
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively in person, on the phone, electronically, or through other means to individuals and groups.
- Ability to maintain complete confidentiality in handling sensitive enrollment issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook
- Maintain high levels of organization while being extremely focused on details
- Capable of meeting time-sensitive deadlines for multiple tasks
- Ability and desire to understand and adhere to complex regulations
- A can-do attitude. You will roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to get the job done.
- Experience with Credentialing Accreditation by Joint Commission or National Committee for Quality Assurance preferred.
