Requirements – Credentialing & Onboarding Specialist

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Healthcare RCM / Credentialing
• Strong knowledge of provider onboarding and credentialing processes
• Ability to conduct professional client meetings, portal demos, and product presentations
• Hands-on experience with EDI & EFI setup and implementation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously
• Proficient in MS Office, email communication, and client handling
• Experience with healthcare software, payer portals, and documentation management is a plus
• Professional attitude with strong time management and organizational skills
