Job Description:
We are looking for a Credentialing Specialist to join our team at Cyber System. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the credentialing and re-credentialing process for healthcare providers, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete initial credentialing and re-credentialing applications for providers.
• Verify licenses, certifications, education, training, and work history.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date provider files.
• Communicate with insurance companies, healthcare facilities, and providers.
• Track expirations of credentials and ensure timely renewals.
• Prepare and submit reports as required.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve credentialing-related issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior experience in medical credentialing or healthcare administration is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Proficiency in MS Office and credentialing software tools.
