Enrollment Representative

Location: Bahria Town Phase 7 (On-site; preference for residents of Bahria, DHA, Askari 14, or nearby areas)

• Role Description

Support the provider's enrollment and credentialing process for various insurance carriers.

• Collect, verify, and process provider information and required documentation.
• Enter and maintain accurate data in internal systems and payer portals.
• Track application status and follow up with insurance companies or clients as needed.
• Ensure compliance with payer requirements and company policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams (billing, operations, client support) to ensure timely provider setup.
• Generate and update reports related to enrollment status and progress.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients by communicating updates clearly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, information technology, or any related field.
• Experience: No prior experience required. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Basic understanding of databases or healthcare software systems is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the healthcare technology industry.
