Credit Accountant

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Credit Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing credit transactions, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial policies.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor accounts receivable and credit risk
• Perform month-end and year-end close processes
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare and maintain financial reports and schedules
• Analyze credit data and prepare credit risk assessments
• Work closely with the collections department to ensure timely payments
• Ensure adherence to accounting principles and company policies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Credit Accountant or similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Languages:

• Must know at least English, Urdu or Arabic.
