Role Summary:
We’re hiring a Credit Analyst to evaluate corporate borrowers, prepare CMA reports & credit proposals, and liaise with banks & external consultants for corporate loan processing.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Profile & Documentation Develop detailed customer profiles, review financial documents, and assess funding requirements to ensure thorough understanding of clients’ financial positions. Reporting & Proposals Prepare comprehensive project reports, CMA reports, and well-structured credit proposals for submission to bank managers. Bank Coordination Actively follow up on proposals, conduct visits to banks for credit appraisals and inspections, and facilitate effective communication between clients and financial institutions. External Consultant Coordination Liaise with TEV consultants and external rating agencies on behalf of clients to gather critical evaluations and assessments. Client & Document Follow-up Proactively follow up with clients to obtain required documentation, and coordinate banker visits to client premises for smooth processing of credit applications. Stock Statements & Queries Prepare accurate stock statements and promptly address any inquiries or concerns from clients and banks. Legal & Technical Follow-up Work closely with legal and technical teams to ensure client requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner. Sanction & Reporting Manage both pre and post-sanction requirements and submit regular progress reports to senior management to keep them informed of key developments. Skills & Qualifications:

Strong expertise in credit analysis and financial documentation. Excellent communication and interpersonal coordination abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and relevant credit analysis tools.
