- Guide admission department staff and patients on the procedure of credit department norms and eligibility etc.
- Should have information about occupancy status.
- Evaluate credit history and determine payment date.
- Coordinate with consultant doctors regarding admission and discharge.
- Go for rounds and interact with patients (credit payment) for follow up.
- Collect and check documents from patient/patient attendants and get the documents signed.
- Submit the documents to the concerned department.
- Intimate the case history to the company in coordination with the Medical Officer.
- Follow up on intimation letter to companies.
