Credit Card Sales - Retail Banking Executive - Dubai

Job Description

We are hiring Credit Card Sales - Retail Banking Executive to join our growing team in the UAE. The role involves direct banking sales of credit card products with a focus on New-to-Bank (NTB) customer acquisition.

The position requires hands-on sales experience in retail banking or credit cards (minimum 2 years in the UAE) and is not open to DSA-only profiles.

Key Responsibilities :

• Complying to Bank’s Policies and procedures all the time and adhering to Shariah Principles with NIL Exceptions.
• Connecting with Right target audience for the Retail products offering.
• Understanding the complete product and process flow of EI and offer as per the customer requirements.
• Being customer centric and ensure customer requirements are fulfilled as appropriate.
• Managing the End-to-End customer Asset onboarding journey smoothly.
• Adhering to CPR guidelines and offers Products in line with the same.
• Liaising with internal stake holders and ensuring customers are served within the defined TAT.
• Follow-up on initial contacts as required to close the sale.
• Identify proactively opportunities to improve performance and create actionable plans that drive results.

Lead / Managerial Role:

In addition to the above responsibilities, the Manager will be wholly responsible for driving the assigned team towards the common goal of achieving the sales numbers as per the target adhering to group requirements all the time and providing the market best customer onboarding experience.
