Join us as a Credit Derivatives Middle Office Analyst. At Barclays, our vision is clear – to redefine the future of banking and help craft innovative solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all processes are executed to the highest standards while meeting agreed service level agreements (SLAs). The focus will be on mitigating risk, enhancing operational efficiency, maintaining adherence to budgetary requirements, and consistently demonstrating the highest standards of professional conduct. As an analyst, you will provide critical support to the firm’s proprietary credit businesses. Your responsibilities will encompass position management, fail management, daily reporting, and other operations control related services.
To be successful as a Credit Derivatives Middle Office Analyst, you should have:
Relevant experience supporting fixed income products, with a particular emphasis on the credit asset class
Demonstrated capability in fostering and maintaining effective relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients
Ample analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex operational challenges in a fast-paced environment

Proven ability to perform under pressure in deadline-driven environments, maintaining accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively
Demonstrates an analytical mindset with a solution-oriented approach to challenges, consistently applying attention to detail

This role is based in Whippany, NJ.
Minimum Salary: $64,000
Maximum Salary: $87,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.

This position is eligible for an incentive award.
