Job Description:
The incumbent will review corporate credit applications for correctness/accuracy of documentation or approvals, verification of the terms of approval and checking compliance of covenants and payment terms and conditions and ensuring completeness of documentation/filing in accordance with approved terms and conditions.
Must Have:

Bilingual (Arabic & English)

Minimum 5 years-experience in preparation of Credit Documentation.

Bachelor in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or Legal as advantage.

Ability to review corporate credit applications and verify the terms of approvals.

Familiar with various type of credit documents and collaterals documents related to Corporate facilities such as Credit facility agreement, mortgage of Title Deeds and pledge of shares Agreements, also submission of relevant requests on MOJ SAK portal.

Review and extract the related data from Core Banking System.
