About Role:
Credit Repair Specialist (Part-Time, Remote)

Opportunity to Convert to Full-Time After Probation

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and English-fluent Credit Repair Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis (4–5 hour work blocks). The ideal candidate will handle credit bureau disputes, bureau uploads, and FTC file submissions with accuracy and speed. This role is focused strictly on calling bureaus & dispute-only tasks.
Exceptional performance during probation may lead to a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze client credit reports across all major bureaus (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion).
• Identify inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unverifiable items for dispute.
• Prepare and submit dispute letters, FTC identity-theft files, and supporting documentation.
• Upload dispute documentation through bureau portals and internal CRM systems.
• Call credit bureaus to follow up on dispute statuses, verify submissions, and ensure timely processing.
• Track dispute cycles, deadlines, and bureau responses with precision.
• Maintain organized, up-to-date client records and documentation.
• Communicate professionally in English when handling inquiries or status updates.
• Ensure strict compliance with U.S. credit laws including FCRA, FDCPA, CROA and other relevant.
• Handle all client information with confidentiality and maintain data security at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills (mandatory).
• Experience in credit repair, credit bureau disputes, or similar analytical roles.
• Familiarity with credit repair software (e.g., Credit Repair Cloud, DisputeFox) is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client files.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills when reviewing credit reports.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Highly organized, disciplined, and deadline-oriented.
• Understanding of FCRA/FDCPA compliance and ethical dispute practices.
• Comfort working in 4–5 hour focused work blocks.

Role Details
