Job Description:
1. Role Objective
To act as a key contributor to the Documentation Unit and provide strong administration support to assist in the
completion of documentation essential for Corporate, SME and Retail loan application packages, including facility
offer letter, collateral documents and financing agreements.
2. Detailed Roles and Responsibilities:
FINANCIAL
- Flag any issues of lack of documentation, non-compliance with policies etc. with management on an immediate
basis to prevent any potential financial risk to the organization
CUSTOMER
- Build good networks across the Credit Risk division and with all interdependent divisions across the organization
INTERNAL
- Understand internal and external regulations relating to the documentation requirements for all types of credit
facilities / transactions
- Prepare all documentation (as requested by Head of Documentation Unit) on an accurate and efficient basis and
within the agreed timelines
- Prepare documents in the specified format per internal policies including signature authority as per commercial
registration (for both financing and trade finance related facilities)
- Consult where necessary regarding complex financial arrangements or unusual transactions
- Assist Head of Documentation with certain logistics requirements including
o Arranging of goods/vehicle inspection related to trade finance or vehicle finance
o Arranging for registration of collaterals with appropriate ministries (Land registration, Doha
Security Market, Municipality, etc.)
o Arranging with approved land evaluators for valuation of properties
o Arranging for insurance of real estate properties and monitoring of insurance policy
- Willingly complete all other administrative jobs, functions and tasks that maybe assigned from time to time by the
Head of Documentation Unit

- Operate as a team player within the Credit Administration team and across the wider Credit Risk Division.

COMPETENCIES, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
1. Educational Qualifications:
- High School Diploma. Bachelor degree in finance related discipline preferred
2. Experience:
- 3+ years experience working in a related role in a financial services institution
- Strong English and, ideally, Arabic language skills
