We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Credit Sales/Accountant Assistant to join our finance team. Job Responsibilities:

• Credit Sales:
• Assist in processing and managing credit sales transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing
• Monitor customer credit limits, payment schedules, and account balances
• Address customer inquiries and provide necessary updates related to credit sales and payments
• Coordinate with the sales team for credit approval and sales order management
• Manage collections and follow up on overdue accounts

• Accounting Assistance:
• Support accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of invoices
• Reconcile financial statements, including bank statements and general ledgers
• Assist with month-end and year-end financial closings and reporting
• Prepare financial reports, statements, and other accounting documents as needed
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and local financial regulations

• Administrative Support:
• Maintain and update customer accounts, credit records, and documentation
• Assist with audit preparation and provide required financial documents
• Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in accounting or credit sales (experience in Dubai or the UAE market is a plus)
• Skills:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic, Hindi or Urdu is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of UAE financial regulations and practices is preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
