Now we’re expanding our financial services team and looking for a Credit Specialist to help our clients secure the best loan and mortgage solutions on the market.

What You’ll Do

• Guide clients through mortgage and personal loan options.
• Match customers with the most suitable credit programs.
• Collect and verify documentation, manage applications from start to approval.
• Build and maintain relationships with partner banks.
• Keep records and reports in our CRM system.

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of experience in banking, lending, or mortgage services.
• Knowledge of credit products (mortgages, consumer loans, refinancing).
• Strong attention to detail and document management skills.
• Confident PC and CRM user (Excel is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills and customer-first mindset.
• Ideal English ( from B2-C1)

Nice to Have

• Experience working with multiple banks/partners.
• Sales and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of government-subsidized mortgage programs.
