The Credit Systems Administration Intern will support the administration and optimization of nCino, the Bank’s loan origination system. This position will assist with role documentation, reporting consistency, and operational improvements. The intern will collaborate with leaders to help streamline lending operations and improve consistency across all markets. This internship provides hands on exposure to lending operations, systems administration, and process improvement within a financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a comprehensive inventory of all roles within the loan origination software.
Partner with department leaders to gather information about job responsibilities, duties, and required qualifications.
Develop consistent reports across the markets.
Work with the nCino Administration officer to streamline lending operations.
Provide support to the nCino Administration team as needed which may include assisting in implementing new features, uploading physical files into electronic format, upcoming projects, and loan origination record maintenance.
Qualifications
Required:
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Preferred:
Experience with research, documentation, or data organization projects
