<div><p>The Credit Systems Administration Intern will support the administration and optimization of nCino, the Bank&rsquo;s loan origination system. This position will assist with role documentation, reporting consistency, and operational improvements. The intern will collaborate with leaders to help streamline lending operations and improve consistency across all markets. This internship provides hands on exposure to lending operations, systems administration, and process improvement within a financial services environment.<br>
</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities
</b></p><p>Develop a comprehensive inventory of all roles within the loan origination software.</p>
<p>
Partner with department leaders to gather information about job responsibilities, duties, and required qualifications.</p>
<p>
Develop consistent reports across the markets.</p>
<p>
Work with the nCino Administration officer to streamline lending operations.</p>
<p>
Provide support to the nCino Administration team as needed which may include assisting in implementing new features, uploading physical files into electronic format, upcoming projects, and loan origination record maintenance.</p><br>

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field</p><br>

JOB SUMMARY</b></div>
<p>
The Human Resources Intern will support the HR function with a key organizational project focused on building a comprehensive inventory of all positions across the organization. This position will assist with building, updating, and standardizing all job descriptions. The Human Resources intern will receive hands on experience in job analysis, organizational structure, and Human Resources documentation while working closely with business leaders across all departments.

Develop a comprehensive inventory of all positions within the organization</li><li>
Partner with department leaders to gather information about job responsibilities, duties, and required qualifications</li><li>
Conduct job analysis through interviews and questionnaires and utilize industry benchmarking to ensure market alignment</li><li>
Develop job descriptions that clearly outline essential job functions, qualifications, and reporting relationships</li><li>
Identify inconsistencies in job title, responsibilities, or reporting structure and communicate findings to HR leadership</li><li>
Provide support to the HR team as needed which may include assisting in coordinating schedules, onboarding, and HR record maintenance</li></ul><br>
