Role Overview Oversee the strategic and daily operations of our Lusail branch. You will manage the credit portfolio, drive deposit growth, and ensure the highest standards of member service and financial integrity.

Key Duties

• Operations: Lead branch activities, staff, and member service workflows.
• Credit Risk: Manage loan approvals and oversee the institutional risk framework.
• Growth: Develop financial products and strategies to expand the member base.
• Compliance: Ensure 100% adherence to QCB regulations and internal audits.

Requirements

• Experience: 10+ years in banking/credit unions with significant leadership seniority.
• Education: Degree in Finance, Banking, or Business.
• Language: Professional English fluency for reporting and coordination.
• Location: Building 78, Entertainment City, Lusail, Qatar.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR38,000.00 per month
