Crew Chief Maintenance Technician F16-E/F Desert Falcon

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on F-16 aircraft and related systems.
• Conduct pre-flight, post-flight, and periodic inspections as per established procedures.
• Diagnose and rectify faults in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and avionics systems.
• Ensure maintenance documentation and records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Follow technical orders (TOs), maintenance manuals, and engineering drawings.
• Support modifications, upgrades, and system integration on the F-16 platform.
• Maintain compliance with safety, quality assurance, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in aircraft ground handling, towing, fueling, and servicing operations.
• Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to junior technicians.
• Coordinate with engineering and flight operations teams to ensure efficient maintenance turnaround.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience on the F-16 platform .
• Certified / licensed technicians p.
• In-depth knowledge of F-16 airframe, engine (F100 / F110), avionics, and weapons systems.
• Familiar with USAF or OEM (Lockheed Martin) maintenance procedures.
• Ability to interpret and use aircraft maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Proficient in technical reporting and computer-based maintenance systems.

Pay: AED25,270.00 - AED29,500.00 per month
