Crew Leader

Purpose:

The ESP Crew Leader is responsible for leading and supervising Electric Submersible Pump (ESP) installation and retrieval operations at the wellsite. The role ensures that all ESP activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company procedures, client requirements, and industry standards.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and supervise ESP downhole preparation and installation activities at the wellsite.
• Ensure correct assembly, handling, and installation of downhole ESP equipment including motors, seals, pumps, intake, gauge, and accessories.
• Supervise proper cable handling, banding, splicing, and routing during installation.
• Ensure compliance with approved installation programs, procedures, and job designs.
• Coordinate ESP installation activities with rig crews and other service providers as required.

Required Skills and Qualif i cations:

• High national diploma in engineering science or other related field as a minimum requirement.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in the performance of ESP work including installing and pulling out of hole complete downhole ESP equipment as well as be PTW holder.
