The Opportunity:

A well‑established electrical contractor in Springfield, OH is seeking a Crew Leader to supervise and coordinate on‑site teams for commercial and industrial projects. This full‑time role offers the chance to lead electricians and apprentices, manage project schedules, and ensure high standards of workmanship and safety. The compensation range is $39–$41 per hour, based on experience and licensing.

Primary Duties:

The Crew Leader will oversee daily operations on active job sites and ensure smooth project execution. Key responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage a team of electricians and apprentices.
• Plan and execute daily and weekly project schedules.
• Maintain high standards for workmanship, safety, and accountability.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Troubleshoot project challenges with effective solutions

Requirements:

• Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License.
• Minimum 5 years of electrical experience, including 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and understanding electrical systems and local codes.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
