Job Description:
As the Landscape Crew Team Member, you’ll be responsible for working with an amazing crew of landscapers while ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard. You will be hands-on with a variety of landscaping equipment, and will play a key role in managing project timelines and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the team to make sure all tasks are completed on time and to client specifications.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, skid steers, and other machinery.
• Assist project planning, scheduling, and task delegation.
• Follow safety protocols and company guidelines.
• Assist with landscape design implementation, including planting, mulching, trimming, and hardscape installation.
• Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and maintain positive relationships.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in landscaping or related field
• Hands-on experience with a wide range of landscaping equipment (mowers, blowers, trimmers, skid steers, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills with both team members and clients.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to execute high-quality work.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physical labor.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to safety and quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with heavy equipment (e.g., skid steers, mini excavators).
• Knowledge of landscaping design and installation techniques.
• Irrigation Knowledge Preferred
