Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a crew of landscapers to complete landscape maintenance, planting, pruning, and construction projects efficiently and safely
• Perform landscape tasks including lawn care, gardening, horticulture practices, tree care.
• Ensure all work adheres to safety standards and environmental guidelines
• Maintain equipment and tools, conducting routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance
• Provide training and mentorship to team members on landscaping techniques, safety procedures, and customer service
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional service

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, or related outdoor projects
• Supervising or leadership experience in a landscaping or construction environment
• Strong knowledge of horticulture practices, tree care, irrigation systems, and gardening techniques
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of safety protocols related to outdoor work environments
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred (if you can drive a trailer I am more than interested in having you)
