Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a crew of landscapers to execute landscape maintenance, gardening, lawn care, and tree care tasks with precision and professionalism
• Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely project completion
• Conduct quality control checks on all work performed, ensuring it meets company standards and client expectations
• Provide training and mentorship to team members on landscaping techniques, equipment use, safety procedures, and best practices in horticulture
• Maintain equipment and tools through regular inspections and proper care to ensure optimal performance
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address project needs or concerns promptly

Experience

• Proven supervising experience in landscaping or related outdoor maintenance fields
• Strong background in landscape maintenance, gardening, lawn care, horticulture, and tree care practices
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with safety standards and maintenance procedures for landscaping equipment
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients, team members, and vendors effectively
