Duties

• Lead and supervise a crew responsible for mowing, trimming, edging, and general landscape maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely project completion.
• Perform quality control inspections to guarantee that all work meets company standards and client expectations.
• Assist with landscaping projects including planting, pruning, irrigation setup, and garden maintenance.
• Maintain equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping tools; ensure proper use and safety procedures are followed.
• Provide training and mentorship to crew members on landscape techniques, safety protocols, and best practices in lawn care and horticulture.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address needs or concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, or gardening with a strong knowledge of horticulture principles.
• Supervising or leadership experience in outdoor work environments is highly desirable.
• Skilled in operating landscaping equipment including mowers, trimmers, irrigation systems, and basic construction tools.
• Knowledge of tree care practices and general gardening techniques.
• Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
