As a key leader on-site, you'll oversee daily mowing tasks, coordinate maintenance activities, and ensure safety standards are met. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a crew responsible for mowing, trimming, edging, and general landscape maintenance to deliver exceptional results.
• Plan daily work schedules, assign tasks efficiently, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines.
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, operated safely, and used according to company standards.
• Oversee quality control by inspecting completed work for consistency, precision, and adherence to client specifications.
• Support team members with training on landscaping techniques, safety procedures, and equipment operation.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to coordinate service delivery and address any issues promptly.
• Assist with other landscaping tasks such as planting, pruning or basic construction projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, or related outdoor work with a focus on mowing operations.
• Supervising experience leading teams in landscaping or construction environments.
• Strong knowledge of horticulture practices, gardening techniques, and tree care fundamentals.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication skills to motivate and guide team members.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must have Valid drivers license.

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
