Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Crew Leader, Mowing, to spearhead our landscaping and lawn maintenance teams. Duties

• Lead and supervise mowing crews to complete landscape maintenance projects efficiently and to high standards
• Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines
• Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols and proper equipment handling procedures
• Oversee the operation of landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and irrigation systems
• Conduct quality inspections of completed work, providing feedback and coaching to team members
• Assist with landscape installation projects such as planting, pruning, and garden bed maintenance
• Support ongoing training in horticulture practices, lawn care techniques, and construction basics

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, or related outdoor work
• Supervising or leadership experience in a landscaping or construction environment
• Strong knowledge of horticulture, gardening, tree care, and irrigation systems
• Ability to operate landscaping machinery safely and efficiently
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Knowledge of maintenance practices for gardens, lawns, trees, and outdoor structures
• Physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks in varying weather conditions
