Position: Crew Leader – QSRJob Summary
Lead and supervise crew members during assigned shifts, ensure fast and efficient service, maintain food safety standards, and support the Assistant Restaurant Manager in daily outlet operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise crew members during shift operations
- Ensure quick service and order accuracy as per QSR standards
- Support opening and closing procedures
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness (FHC compliance)
- Monitor food preparation, portion control, and quality
- Handle basic customer concerns and escalate when needed
- Assign duties and guide new staff during training
- Check stock levels and inform supervisor for replenishment
- Ensure POS operations and cash handling accuracy
- Maintain team discipline and productivity during busy hours
Requirements
- High school / Diploma preferred
- 2–3 years QSR or fast-food experience
- Minimum 1 year in team leader / senior crew role
- Basic knowledge of food safety & hygiene
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
