As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, cash handling, and maintaining cleanliness in the work area. Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests with their orders with a consistently positive and helpful attitude, including answering questions about the menu
• Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Utilize Aloha POS systems for order processing and payment handling.
• Prepare smoothies and food according to established recipes and safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including dining areas and kitchen equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
• Follow all health and safety regulations in food handling and preparation.
• Maintain a neat and tidy appearance by wearing the required uniform and adhering to the corporate dress code.

Skills

• Experience in cash handling and familiarity with cash registers is preferred.
• Knowledge of POS systems is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong understanding of sanitation practices within the food service industry.
• Previous experience in food service or retail environments is preferred.
• Ability to perform basic retail math for accurate transactions.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with customers.
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help others.
