Service/Kitchen Crew

The Service Crew is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment, and supporting the daily operations of the store. This role involves taking customer orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting team members to ensure smooth and efficient service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service

Greet and serve guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Assist customers with menu selections and order placement.

Handle feedback or complaints and escalate when necessary.

Food Handling & Service

Deliver food and beverages accurately and efficiently.

Ensure food presentation aligns with brand standards.

Pack takeaway and delivery orders correctly.

Store Cleanliness & Readiness

Maintain cleanliness in dining and service areas.

Refill condiments, napkins, and supplies throughout the shift.

Support end-of-day cleaning and restocking tasks.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with kitchen and cashier staff to coordinate service.

Assist colleagues with tasks during busy hours.

Participate in team briefings and training sessions. Safety & Compliance

Adhere to health and food safety guidelines.

Wear proper uniforms and follow personal hygiene standards.
