The Landscaping Supervisor is responsible for planning, organizing and overseeing the daily operations of landscaping and grounds-maintenance activities. This includes supervising crews, ensuring that work meets quality, safety and budget standards, managing equipment and materials, and liaising with stakeholders.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise, schedule and assign work to the landscaping/grounds crew(s), including daily tasks, long-term projects and maintenance routines.</li><li>Plan and coordinate landscaping operations: planting, pruning, fertilizing, mulching, turf maintenance, irrigation system checks, pest/disease control, hardscape/softscape tasks.</li><li>Monitor and maintain landscaping equipment, tools and vehicles; make sure they are safe, functional, and available when needed.</li><li>Manage materials and supplies: order plants, topsoil, mulch, tools, fertilisers and other maintenance supplies. Maintain inventory and cost control.</li><li>Review work for quality and safety; inspect finished work and ensure compliance with standards, specifications, environmental and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Provide training, supervision, evaluation and mentoring of crew members and subordinate staff. Address performance issues, safety compliance and team development.</li><li>Communicate and coordinate with other departments/clients/stakeholders; address client feedback on landscaping work and adjust schedules or methods as appropriate.</li><li>Assist with planning and budget-recommendations for landscaping operations, repairs, upgrades and seasonal work.</li><li>Adapt to environment and weather conditions: plan for seasonal changes, emergencies (e.g., irrigation failure, storm damage) and ensure little disruption to grounds-appearance.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills&middot; Strong knowledge of plant materials, horticultural practices, turf-management, irrigation systems, landscape maintenance techniques.&middot; Ability to read and interpret plans, blueprints or landscape design drawings (especially for installation or hardscape tasks).&middot; Leadership, team-management, and communication skills. Ability to delegate, supervise crews, train others, and resolve issues.&middot; Budgeting, planning and organisational skills: able to estimate labour/materials, create schedules, meet deadline&middot; Safety awareness: knowledge of applicable health &amp; safety regulations; ability to enforce safe work practices outdoors.&middot; Physical fitness: ability to work outdoors, sometimes lift heavy items, traverse uneven ground and adapt to weather conditions.Education / Experience:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; many roles prefer diploma/degree in horticulture, landscape management or related field.</li><li>Several years of experience in landscaping/ground maintenance, with experience in supervision or leadership.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license (often required if using company vehicle or towing equipment) and clean driving record.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time

Landscaping Supervisor

The Bakery and Pastry Chef is responsible for overseeing, designing and executing all aspects of the pastry and bakery production. You will lead the team, manage production, innovate menu items, control costs and ensure high quality, presentation and sanitation standards are always maintained.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and manage the pastry &amp; bakery section: production of breads, rolls, laminated doughs, cakes, cookies, tarts, plated desserts, etc.</li><li>Develop and design new recipes, seasonal dessert and bakery menus that align with brand identity and food trends.</li><li>Ensure that all pastry/bakery items meet quality standards of taste, appearance, consistency and portion control.</li><li>Oversee inventory, ordering, stock rotation, ingredient usage, cost control and waste reduction for the pastry/bakery area.</li><li>Train, mentor and develop pastry and bakery team members; supervise staff working in the department.</li><li>Maintain high levels of sanitation, hygiene, safety, and equipment maintenance in the pastry/bakery area.</li><li>Collaborate with the culinary leadership (Executive Chef, Sous Chef, F&amp;B) to align pastry/bakery output with overall guest experience and service strategy.</li><li>Plan for special functions/events (banquets, buffets, custom orders) and ensure pastry/bakery deliverables meet requirements and timeline.</li><li>Monitor emerging trends in pastry and bakery arts and integrate fresh techniques or products to keep the offer competitive.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Proven experience (often 3&ndash;10+ years, depending on role size) as Pastry Chef, Bakery Chef or similar role in hotel, fine-dining, high-volume bakery or resort environment.</li><li>Professional culinary or pastry arts qualification or certification is preferred.</li><li>Deep knowledge of classic and contemporary pastry techniques (laminated doughs, artisan breads, plated desserts, confectionery etc.).</li><li>Strong creativity in recipe development, plating and presentation; ability to innovate while maintaining brand consistency.</li><li>Excellent leadership, team-management, communication and organizational skills.</li><li>Good financial acumen: ability to manage food cost, labor cost, waste control and budget monitoring.</li><li>Strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment</li><li>Knowledge of food safety standards, hygiene, sanitation, equipment operation and maintenance.</li><li>Flexibility regarding working hours &ndash; early mornings, weekends and holidays may be required given bakery production timelines.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your salary expectation?</li></ul>
