Server/Waiter

• Greet and escort customers to their tables.
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and offer recommendations.
• Take customer orders and relay them to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages to customers promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure that guests have everything they need during their meal, including refills and special requests.
• Handle payments and provide accurate bills to customers.
• Address customer complaints or concerns and resolve them effectively.
• Keep tables clean and organized throughout the dining experience.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other waitstaff to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure health and safety standards are adhered to.
