CREW MEMBER ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

•  Delivers unparalleled hospitality to each customer.
•  Prepares and assembles food and smoothie ingredients to brand standards.
•  Uses sanitation practices to handle and prepare food.
•  Sets up and monitors food and smoothie workstations.
•  Cleans and organizes kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms and other areas in the café.
•  Follows the steps to operate the register, including taking customer orders, accurately handling cash and being responsible for the drawer.
•  Follows all safety and security policies set by the brand.
