Duties

• Assist with lawn mowing, edging, and general landscaping tasks to maintain pristine outdoor areas
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators under supervision for landscape projects
• Support tree trimming, pruning, and shrubbery care to promote healthy growth and aesthetic appeal
• Help install hardscape features like patios, walkways, and retaining walls with precision and care
• Maintain irrigation systems and perform garden upkeep to ensure vibrant plant health
• Conduct snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways safe and accessible
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure safety and efficiency on site

Requirements

• Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools
• Experience or interest in lawn care, gardening, landscape maintenance, or horticulture
• Ability to operate small machinery such as excavators or snow plows is a plus but not required
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards
• Knowledge of tree care practices, irrigation systems, or construction is advantageous
• Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions carefully
