ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Interact with Customers using our unique "Tropitude" to create a positive and fun atmosphere.
• Deliver unparalleled hospitality to each customer, ensuring they have an amazing experience.
• Be knowledgeable and proficient in each position within the cafe.
• Ensure each station is operating to Tropical Smoothie Cafe's standards.

Requirements:

• No Previous Experience Needed
• Legally able to work within State and Federal guidelines.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Continuous standing and walking throughout each shift.
• Bending, lifting, and carrying up to 50 pounds for stocking, refilling ice, or taking out trash.
• Constant face-to-face interactions with customers.
• Safely navigate in a fast-paced cafe environment.
• Ability to multi-task and remain positive in sometimes stressful working conditions.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Four to eight hours, but this may vary.
• Expect some early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and/or holiday hours
• Comply with the Tropical Smoothie Cafe Employee Handbook, uniform, and personal hygiene policies for each shift.
