Role Overview
The Crew Member is responsible for supporting daily QSR operations by delivering fast, friendly, and hygienic service to customers while maintaining food quality, cleanliness, and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Greet customers and take orders accurately
- Ensure quick and courteous service at all times
Food Preparation
- Assist in food preparation according to company standards
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality procedures
Cash Handling
- Operate POS and handle cash/card transactions correctly
- Maintain accuracy in billing
Cleanliness & Hygiene
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, service areas, and equipment
- Follow health and safety regulations
Team Support
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Support colleagues during peak hours
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in QSR / fast food preferred (freshers may apply)
- Basic communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work shifts
Benefits
