Crew Member/Cashier

Responsible for working/managing shifts in a high-volume, fast-paced Dunkin Donuts.

Must be committed to providing high quality products and provide an excellent customer experience.

Crew Members

• Hold the Guest as the most important priority at all times
• Adhere to all uniform and grooming standards
• Maintaina a clean work environment throughout your shift
• Greet guest with a smile and hospitable tone

Shift Leaders:

• Training, Developing & Coaching of team
• Lead team members through shifts, including assigning tasks (cleaning, line duties, opening/closing duties), providing feedback training
• Effectively handle guest complaints/issues
• Greet team members with smile and hospitable tone

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
