Crew Member/Line Crew/Cashier

Duties

• Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and take their orders accurately.
• Operate the cash register, processing transactions efficiently while handling cash and credit payments.
• Assist in food preparation, ensuring that all items meet quality standards and are prepared in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and food preparation stations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Follow health and safety regulations to ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met.

Skills

• Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in using cash registers and handling money accurately.
• Basic culinary skills with an understanding of food preparation techniques.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing change to customers.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to help others are essential for success in this role.
