Role Description

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and people-oriented Executive Assistant - Human Resources to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys supporting leadership, and has a passion for HR and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support to the HR Executive team with scheduling, correspondence, and reporting.
  • Assist in HR operations including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee record management.
  • Organize internal meetings, training sessions, and HR-related events.
  • Maintain confidential HR documents and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Act as a point of contact between HR and employees, supporting a positive workplace culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, HR Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software is a plus.
