Responsibilities:-

Ensure timely and efficient crew planning and vessel manning as per Safe Manning Certificates.

Coordinate crew changes, embarkation, and disembarkation for assigned vessels.

Maintain relief planning and rotation schedules in line with company policies.

Source, screen, and select qualified seafarers according to vessel requirements.

Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ experience, certifications, and suitability.

Maintain an updated database of officers and ratings.

Verify and maintain valid crew certification in accordance with STCW, Flag State, Class, and Company requirements.

Monitor expiry dates for licenses, passports, visas, medicals, and mandatory training.

Ensure compliance with MLC 2006, ISM Code, Flag State, and UAE maritime regulations.

Prepare and manage employment contracts, letters of appointment, and crew agreements.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date crew records in crewing management systems.

Ensure proper documentation for audits, inspections, and port state control.

Arrange flights, visas, hotel accommodation, and transportation for crew movements.

Coordinate with agents, manning agencies, and port authorities as required.
Requirement
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Maritime Studies, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in crewing operations within the maritime or offshore industry.
Sound knowledge of STCW, MLC 2006, ISM Code, Flag State, and Class requirements.
