In your daily endeavors at McConnell Law Firm, you will do the normal lawyer duties – prepare documents, negotiate with prosecutors, and appear at courts throughout the State of Kansas – always advocating for the best possible resolution for our clients. But you will also learn a completely new approach to practicing law and gain a new mindset about representing those charged with crimes. Whether you’ve been practicing law for years or you are just out of law school, you will learn to be a better lawyer by working alongside lawyers who love what they do and appreciate creative advocacy. Pay: $80,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
