We practice Criminal Defense, Immigration, and Personal Injury, and we are looking for a dedicated Criminal Defense Associate Attorney to join our all-star legal team.

Position Overview:

We are currently hiring an experienced and detail-oriented Criminal Defense Associate Attorney with exceptional organizational skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to quality legal advocacy. Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in misdemeanor and felony criminal cases.
• Handle hearings, negotiations, case strategy, discovery, and trial prep.
• Communicate effectively with clients, often facing stressful circumstances.
• Manage deadlines, complex casework, and a fast-paced caseload.
• Uphold the firm’s commitment to excellence, compassion, and results.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in Arizona (required)
• 1+ year experience in criminal defense preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Commitment to client service and community-centered advocacy
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Bilingual Spanish/English highly preferred
• Experience working with immigrant or underserved communities is a plus
