Criminal Defense Attorney

Rose Legal Services is seeking a Criminal Defense Attorney licensed in Illinois who is passionate about courtroom advocacy and client representation. This role involves handling court proceedings, communicating with clients, and conducting consultations with prospective clients. $80,000 - $100,000 yearly

As a Responsible Attorney, you will manage a caseload based on Illinois jurisdictions and be responsible for:

• Appearing in court for hearings, motions, and trials
• Meeting with clients to review discoveries and negotiate resolutions
• Communicating with prosecutors, judges, and court staff
• Conducting legal investigations and drafting pleadings and motions
• Handling consultations with potential new clients
• Providing legal analysis and advice throughout the case lifecycle
• Collaborating with colleagues and staff to resolve matters efficiently
• Maintaining organized and up-to-date case files

You will report to the Supervising Attorney and collaborate closely with the Client Care Team to deliver ean xcellent client experience.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active Illinois law license (required)
