Criminal Defense Attorney

We are currently seeking a talented attorney to join our growing criminal defense practice at our Phoenix or Gilbert locations. Our office provides hybrid work option. This position is for a full-time criminal defense attorney.

Requirements: Our ideal candidates possess the following qualities:

• 2+ years of criminal defense experience
• Arizona Bar admission in good standing
• Strong commitment to criminal law and advocacy for clients
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Dedication to professionalism, ethics, and client confidentiality
• Self-motivated with a desire to advance their career within firm
• Ability to travel for court related hearings and site visits

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation.
• Draft legal documents and correspondence with precision, ensuring compliance with relevant laws.
• Provide clients with informed legal advice.
• Represent clients in superior, justice, and municipal courts throughout Arizona.
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, maintaining organized case files and documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $105,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Criminal defense law: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• and active member of the State Bar of Arizona (Required)
